From the former Corn Exchange in Market Rasen we conduct regular Auctions of Antiques, Fine Art, Collectors’ Items and General Household Effects.
Our Auctioneers and Valuers would be pleased to discuss any items you require to be valued or entered into one of our many sales. Alternatively, we are able to arrange home visits. Our friendly service aims to deliver best price and a competitive return to sellers. We can reach the world through our extensive network of contacts and via the latest online live bidding platforms.
With caterers in attendance and a warm welcoming atmosphere, please feel welcome to attend one of our sales and experience the excitement of a busy sale room.
Buyers premium is 15% plus VAT. Our full Conditions of Sale are available to view and should be consulted prior to placing a bid.
Our services include house clearance following the sale of property or for the purposes of administering a deceased estate. We can offer help every step of the way from inspection, to packaging and collection, cataloguing, auction sale and dispatch .
For those looking to use our selling services our charges are 15% plus VAT on the hammer price. Our Entry Form (see below) includes Terms of Entry. Alternatively please contact the office and we will send you a copy out in the post.
